Ordering
Q: Do I need an account to order?
A: Nope! You can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, view history, and get first dibs on new launches. ��
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Yes — if it hasn’t shipped yet! Email us at support@tidafce.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll sort it out. Once it’s on its way, we can’t stop it, but you can always return it.
Q: How do I use a discount code?
A: At checkout, enter your code in the discount field and hit Apply. You’ll see the savings reflected instantly before you pay.
Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are in USD.
Q: Is my payment information safe?
A: Absolutely. All transactions are SSL and AES-256 encrypted. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Q: Are there currency conversion fees?
A: We charge in USD. If your card is in another currency, your bank will apply their exchange rate on the day of payment.
Shipping
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 72 hours. After that:
• USA & Canada: 2–4 weeks
• Australia & New Zealand: 2–4 weeks
• UK & Europe: 2–4 weeks
• Everywhere else: 2–5 weeks
Q: Is shipping free?
A: Yes! Orders over $49 ship free worldwide. ��
Q: How do I track my order?
A: You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use https://17track.net to check your status. Tracking can take a few days to update — totally normal!
Q: My address was wrong — can I change it?
A: Email us at support@tidafce.com within 24 hours of ordering and we’ll update it if we can. Once it’s shipped, we’re unable to redirect it.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What’s your return window?
A: 90 days from delivery. We want you to love what you ordered, and if you don’t, we’ll make it right.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Just email support@tidafce.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the steps. Easy!
Q: My item arrived damaged. Help!
A: We’re so sorry! Email us at support@tidafce.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 14 days. Subject: DAMAGED. We’ll fix it fast — replacement or refund, your choice.
Q: Something is missing from my order?
A: Some items ship separately from different warehouses. If something’s still missing, email us at support@tidafce.com with the subject: MISSING ITEM and your order number.

Q: Is my personal information kept private?
