How It Works

Step 1 — Processing

After payment, we verify, check quality, and pack your order. This usually takes up to 72 hours.

Step 2 — Shipping

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location:

 USA & Canada: 2–4 weeks

 Australia & New Zealand: 2–4 weeks

 UK & Europe: 2–4 weeks

 Rest of the world: 2–5 weeks

Delivery times are estimates and start from when your order is confirmed, not when it’s placed. Some countries may experience customs delays outside our control.

Shipping Protection

Standard (Insured)

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost — just send us proof. ✓

Priority (Insured + Queue Jump)

Your order goes to the top of our dispatch list. Delivery times may still be similar, but your item is also fully insured.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. It can take a few days to update, so don’t panic if it shows nothing at first!

Making Changes

Need to update your order? Email support@tidafce.com within 24 hours of placing it. After that (or once it’s shipped), we can’t make changes. Double-check your details before you confirm!
