By visiting tidafce.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. You may not use our site for anything illegal, harmful, or misleading. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect misuse.
Please don’t copy, resell, or scrape any part of our site or its content without written permission.
Our Products
We do our best to show accurate photos and descriptions. Colours may look slightly different on your screen — that’s just how screens work!
Prices are in USD and can change without notice. The price you see at checkout is what you pay. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
Ordering & Payment
Once you check out and payment goes through, your order is confirmed. Please double-check your delivery details before you confirm — we can’t fix address errors after dispatch.
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are encrypted and secure. Orders over $49 ship free.
Need to change or cancel your order? Email us within 24 hours at support@tidafce.com. After your order is dispatched, we can’t cancel it, but you can return it.
EU Right of Withdrawal
EU customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. To cancel, email support@tidafce.com with subject: “Order Cancellation – [Order #]”. Return the item within 14 days of notifying us in its original, unused condition.
This right does not apply to custom or personalised items, or sealed hygiene products that have been opened.
Returns & Refunds
Not happy? You have 90 days to return unused items. No restocking fees — ever. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of us receiving the return, back to your original payment method.
For damaged or incorrect items, email us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll sort it out within 48 hours. We cover return shipping in these cases.

Shipping
Orders are processed within 72 hours. Delivery times range from 2–5 weeks depending on location. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We’re not responsible for customs delays.

We’re also not liable for delays or failures caused by things outside our control — natural disasters, carrier issues, pandemics, etc.

These Terms are governed by the laws of UK. EU customers also have the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page. Continuing to use our site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
