Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every single thing you order. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right. Here’s how our returns and refunds work.

Cancellations

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes — as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Email support@tidafce.com with your order number ASAP. Once your order is dispatched, we can’t cancel it, but you can return it once it arrives.

EU Customers: 14-Day Withdrawal Right

As an EU customer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked.

This does NOT apply to:

 Custom or personalised items

 Sealed hygiene products that have been opened

To cancel, email support@tidafce.com with subject: “Order Cancellation – [Order #]”. Return within 14 days of notifying us.

Standard Returns

Not happy with your purchase? You have 90 days from delivery to return it.

Items must be:

 Unused and in original condition

 Original packaging and tags intact

 Accompanied by proof of purchase

No restocking fees. You’re only charged shipping once — even on returns.

How to Return

Step 1 — Email us

Send your order number to support@tidafce.com with subject: “Return Request – Order #[YOUR NUMBER]”

Step 2 — Pack it up

Use the original packaging if possible. Make sure everything is secure and tags are still on.

Step 3 — Ship it back

We’ll give you the return address after you contact us. Please don’t send it back to the original sender address. Use tracked shipping and keep your receipt. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, here’s what happens:

 We inspect and process within 72 hours of receiving it

 Your refund is issued within 14 business days to your original payment method

 Original shipping is non-refundable (unless item was defective)

If it’s been more than 14 business days, check with your bank first. Still nothing? Email us at support@tidafce.com.

Damaged or Wrong Items

We’re so sorry if this happened! Please email support@tidafce.com within 14 days of delivery with:

 Your order number

 A clear photo of the issue

 Subject line: DAMAGED or WRONG ITEM

We’ll sort it out within 48 hours — replacement or full refund, your call. We’ll also cover the return shipping.

Missing Items

Some products ship separately from different warehouses, so they may arrive at different times. If something is still missing after a few days, email support@tidafce.com with subject: MISSING ITEM + your order number.

Exchanges

We don’t do direct swaps, but it’s easy:

 Return the item for a refund

 Place a new order for what you want
